SEPHORA - CLEAN + PLANET POSITIVE
My duty for Sephora involved both 3D and 2D.
My first task was to animate every product spinning in a uniform way that would require minimum versions and rendering time. Each product render needed to be flexible enough to be used across the board for multiple spots. The product models were animated in C4D and later exported as an fbx for a team of Maya artists to light, texture, render and hand back.
Once given the 3D renders back, my next task was to animate type, color blocks and products together in a dynamic way to move steadily along to the beat of the music. This project was finished very quickly with an extremely efficient team, so with the time left, we made a director’s cut, which is the video seen above.
